The Greek organization SEISHINKAI KARATE UNION forms a complete training program for its members covering the following Japanese martial arts:

  • SHITO RYU KARATE DO
The Shito Ryu Karate Do is one of the four official recognized karate styles. Founder of the Karate "way" named Shito is Kenwa Mabuni. The name Shito is derived from the initials of his teachers, Kanryo Higashionna (Higaonna in Okinawan dialect) and Anko Itosou. The origin of the system and its founder, Kenwa Mabuni is from Okinawa.
 
The practice is primarily the execution of kata, which are separated in traditional kata, which was katas learned from the Mabuni's teachers and kata that he created himself. The katas come from both schools Naha (Naha te) and from the Shuri (Shuri te) and Tomari (Tomari te). Emphasis is placed on learning the techniques of the kata (analysis) but also the aesthetics of the techniques, with the ultimate aim of spiritual cultivation. The Shito Ryu Karate Do has the highest number of kata than any other style of karate do.
  • MOTOBU HA SHITO RYU 

The style taught by the Greek Organization Seishinkai Karate Union, is the Motobu Ha Shito Ryu. The technique is based on the style of the first SEISHINKAI KARATE SOKE Choki Motobu, and the remaining second Soke Kosei Kokuba, 3rd Soke Shogo Kuniba, 4th Soke Kunio Tatsouno authentic, as taught in the traditional manner and the technical leader of the Greek organization Kyoshi Aggelos Karaiskakis Roku -6 - Dan, by his teacher Kyoshi Robert Burgermeister Nana -7 - dan So - Shihan, personal student teacher Shigeroy Kimoyra Tani Ha Shito Ryu, and 4th Soke Kunio Tatsouno Motobu Ha Shito Ryu.

  • Goshin Jutsu

Goshin jutsu (techniques of self-defense skills) is a set of predefined formats in self defense Karate - Ju Jutsu - Hapkido and incorporates techniques from all these traditional martial arts. It consists of various techniques to defend oneself from: unarmed attacks, choking, kicking, grabs, locks joints, ground equipment, knife attacks, attacs with bat - stick, just as it has been taught tothe  technical leader of the Greek organization Kyoshi Aggelos Karaiskakis Roku -6 - Dan Karate Do - Yon -4 - Dan Ju Jutsu, -1 - Dan Hapkido from his teachers, Hanshi T.Hamada Ku-9 - Dan Karate Do Dai Nippon Butoku Kai, Hanshi Kuwahara Ku -9 - Dan Ju Jutsu Dai Nippon Butoku Kai, Roe Jai Myung Master -10 - Dan World Hapikdo Federation.

  • SPORT KARATE W.K.F. – ΕΛ.Ο.Κ.

The competition karate is the evolution of the martial art of karate in a realistic and dynamic sport, which throughout the strict regulations that exist, protect the athlete and the competitor and also give him the opportunity to compete with security against a real battle opponent. The competition karate has two branches: kata where athletes compete in the traditional part of the martial art and KOUMITE where athletes compete doing battle with each other.

The competition karate enables athletes to develop in them the noble competition, fair play, and respect for the opponent. Qualities which are essential for sports and also very important to work with more method in their workout. All our athletes, compete only in official karate tournaments organized by the Greek Karate Federation, a member of the World Karate Federation (WKF), where the sport of Karate has been recognized as an Olympic sport since the I.O.C. and waits his turn to join in the Olympic Games.
 
In Shito Ryu Karate Do, trainings, study and collaboration belong in the space of a carat (mostly), while the monitoring and promotion system, belongs to the International Seishinkai Karate Union, the Dai-Nippon Butoku-Kai, and the Greek Karate Federation.
 
In addition to these, if the level of students is quite high, one can follow these courses as well:
  • KOBUDO : MATAYΟSHI KOBUDO

The training provided through a specific, multi-level and constantly controlled programming which is formed by the Technical Leader assisted by the Technical Committee and the instructors of the Greek organization. Any differences in education have previously undergone scrutiny, in collaboration with Japanese Martial Arts Principles and the top teachers with whom the Greek organization maintains close cooperation.

Indicative for Motobu Ha Shito Ryu Karate Do, trainings, study and collaboration through the site SHITO RYU (mostly), while the monitoring and promotion system, belongs to the International Seishinkai Karate Union, the Dai-Nippon Butoku-Kai, and the Greek Karate Federation.
 
For KOBUDO MATAYOSHI, trainings, study, collaboration, supervision and promotion system, are owned by Dai-Nippon Butoku-Kai.
